Sale Item purchases
All sale items are final transactions. Sale items cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.
BabbaBox shipments are not returnable. However, if any boxes or materials included in your box shipments are damaged or defective, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will be happy to replace those items for you in a flash!
Purchases at any retailer other than BabbaCo.com
Please contact the retailer from which you purchased your BabbaCo product. BabbaCo cannot accept returns from other retailers.
BabbaBox Order Cancellations
BabbaBox Membership or Gift Purchases: If for any reason you change your mind about a BabbaBox membership or gift purchase, please email us at email@example.com.
Other BabbaCo Products
Full price items purchased from BabbaCo.com are returnable within 30 days of purchase under the following conditions. Items need to be new, unworn, and unwashed with original tags and packaging. If the product was damaged when received, it must be reported to BabbaCo within 30 days. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Action steps for returns:
- Send email to firstname.lastname@example.org
- Enter “Return/Exchange Request” in the subject line
Include the following information in the main body:
- Name, address, phone number
- Item and quantity requesting for return
- Order # and date of purchase
- Reason for return or request for exchange
- A customer representative will reply with a Return Authorization approval. Returns, refunds, and exchanges will not be accepted without this Return Authorization number.

Note: BabbaCo is not responsible for packages lost via carrier if a tracking number is not provided. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Please allow 3-4 weeks for BabbaCo to refund your credit card upon receipt of item.
