    Select from monthly or annual memberships. You can also gift a BabbaBox experience for 1 month, 3 months or a full year.

  • What are the differences between BabbaBox memberships? Back to Top

    The only difference is the payment method.
    For a monthly membership, your credit card is charged for the first BabbaBox at the time of your membership purchase and then on the 1st of each month after the month you receive your first BabbaBox.
    For an annual membership, your credit card is charged in full at the time of your purchase for the price of 10 BabbaBoxes (you receive two months of BabbaBoxes FREE!). A recurring yearly charge for your membership amount will be applied to your credit card when your annual membership is automatically renewed the following year.

    For a monthly membership, your credit card is charged for the first BabbaBox at the time of your membership purchase and then on the 1st of each month after the month you receive your first BabbaBox.

    For an annual BabbaBox membership, your credit card is charged in full at the time of your purchase for the price of 10 BabbaBoxes (you receive two months of BabbaBoxes FREE!). A recurring yearly charge for your annual membership amount will be applied to your credit card when your membership is automatically renewed the following year.

    For gift purchases of the BabbaBox, your credit card is charged up front at the time of your gift purchase (for the total amount of your gift option purchased).

  • For purchases including our BabbaBurpie, BabbaCover Snuggle Fleece, BabbaCover Airy Cotton and BabbaMat products, your credit card is charged when your order is shipped (usually within 24-48 hours!)

    We may offer additional related products in the future. For now, our panel of experts will curate your monthly BabbaBox with ALL the physical materials plus know-how content to really engage with your kids!

    You can sign up for a monthly or an annual recurring BabbaBox membership.
    1) Sign up with your child’s birth date.
    2) A BabbaBox full of activities arrives every month (starting the following month after membership purchase); get excited to create, explore, story tell and learn together!
    3) Checkout member exclusive digital content for your BabbaBox on our website!
    4) Kids anxiously wait at the door until your next BabbaBox arrives!

    You can gift a BabbaBox experience for 1 month, 3 months or a full year.
    1) Purchase a gift option.
    2) Your gift recipient receives a gift card in a mini-BabbaBox (super cute!) with instructions on how to redeem their gift.
    3) Once your gift recipient redeems their gift card, a BabbaBox full of activities arrives every month (starting the following month after their gift card is redeemed) for the duration of your gift period. They will create, explore, story tell, and learn together!
    4) Your gift includes member exclusive digital content for their BabbaBox on our website.
    5) Feel great about the gift of experiences and enrichment you provided every month!

  • How do I know when my BabbaBox is shipped/will arrive? Back to Top

    Your first BabbaBox will arrive between the 15th & the 20th of the following month after your order is placed. Example: If you are placing your order in February, your first BabbaBox will arrive between March 15 - March 20. Your BabbaBox will arrive between the 15th - 20th of each month after that for the duration of your membership or gift option. We will send you an email when we ship it and you can check on the status of your order with the tracking number provided in that email.

  • How do I check the status of my BabbaCo order? Back to Top

    You will receive an email confirming the shipment of your order with a tracking number that you can use to track the status of your order. To ensure delivery of our emails to your inbox, please add info@babbaco.com and support@babbaco.com to your address book. You can also email us at customerservice@babbaco.com or call us at 773-930-4760 for more information.

    BabbaBurpie, BabbaCover Snuggle Fleece, BabbaCover Airy Cotton and BabbaMat purchased at full price are returnable within 30 days of purchase. Other restrictions apply; view our Returns & Exchanges policy to learn more.

    BabbaBox shipments are not returnable. However, if any boxes or materials included in your box shipments are damaged or defective, email or call us and we will be happy to replace those items for you in a flash!

  • What is the cancellation policy for the BabbaBox membership(s)? Back to Top

    Monthly BabbaBox Memberships: Canceling your monthly membership is hassle free! Just email us at customerservice@babbaco.com and we will assist you. Just remember that for monthly memberships, we will charge your credit card on the first of each month for that month’s shipment of your BabbaBox, so be sure to call us or email us before the end of the month to cancel your next month's BabbaBox shipment.

    Annual BabbaBox Memberships: Due to the discounts provided at the time of an annual membership purchase (2 months free), you cannot cancel your current (active) annual membership once purchased. However, you cancel it at any time before the next year’s annual membership renews so that you won't be charged for this membership the following year.

    As a BabbaBox member, your BabbaBox shipments are FREE! Shipping costs for our BabbaBurpie, BabbaCover Snuggle Fleece, BabbaCover Airy Cotton and BabbaMat products are calculated based on the weight and shipping destination. We determine the most efficient way to ship your shipments using multiple shipping carriers.

  • I think my shipment is lost in the mail! What do I do? Back to Top

    Oh no! Please call us at 773-930-4760 or email us at customerservice@babbaco.com and we will help locate it or replace it for you ASAP!

    Due to our quick response to orders including our BabbaBurpie, BabbaCover Snuggle Fleece, BabbaCover Airy Cotton and BabbaMat products, BabbaCo cannot cancel confirmed orders. Customers need to follow our return policy
