Return Policy for items purchased from BabbaCo.com Minimize
Full price items purchased from BabbaCo.com are returnable within 30 days of purchase under the following conditions. Items need to be new, unworn, and unwashed with original tags and packaging. If the product was damaged when received, it must be reported to BabbaCo within 30 days. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Action steps for returns:

  • Send email to customerservice@babbaco.com
  • Enter “Return/Exchange Request” in the subject line
  • Include the following information in the main body:
    • Name, address, phone number
    • Item and quantity requesting for return
    • Order # and date of purchase
    • Reason for return or request for exchange
  • A customer representative will reply with a Return Authorization approval. Returns, refunds, and exchanges will not be accepted without this Return Authorization number.
  • Please mail your return/exchange packages to:

Note: BabbaCo is not responsible for packages lost via carrier if a tracking number is not provided. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Please allow 3-4 weeks for BabbaCo to refund your credit card upon receipt of item.

Sale Item purchases
All sale items are final transactions. Sale items cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.

Purchases at any retailer other than BabbaCo.com
Please contact the retailer from which you purchased your BabbaCo product. BabbaCo cannot accept returns from other retailers.

Cancellation Policy
Due to our quick response to your order, BabbaCo cannot cancel confirmed orders. Customers need to follow the above return policy.
